Coach’s Oats Fitness Challenge
CORPORATE PARTNERS VERSION
GOALS
· Each individual selects his or her own goal measured by points per week or per month.
· 1 point = 250 calories burned (see chart below)
NOTES
· Post “scoreboard” in visible location so all participants can see daily/weekly/monthly progress ... or set up online tracking system visible to all
· Have each participant update his or her score daily ... only takes a second
· Coach’s Oats will award free oatmeal for:
o Individual with the highest total points after 30 days, 60 days and 90 days
o Company with the highest percentage of participants reaching their individual goals after 90 days (minimum 4 participants)
o Company with the highest average point total per person after 90 days
· Report each week’s results to Coach’s Oats via email on Mondays starting Jan. 17, 2011. Email to coachlizzy@coachsoats.com.
